Welcome to Journey in Blooms! By using our services and website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We encourage you to take a moment to carefully read these terms before making any purchases or registering for our workshops and services.

Journey in Blooms offers a diverse range of services that encompass both floral and non-floral elements. Our website is designed to guide you through our specialized offerings, making it easy to explore and engage with our services. Key sections include:
Daily Fresh & Preserved Flower Arrangements: Bespoke arrangements available for personal use or gifting, crafted from fresh or preserved flowers.
Flower Preservation Services: Send us your fresh flowers for preservation, allowing you to keep cherished bouquets or arrangements as long-lasting mementos.
Gifting & Corporate Gifts: Customized gifting solutions tailored for special occasions and corporate events. Our offerings include a mix of preserved flowers, decorative items, and personalized products to suit various gifting needs.
Workshops: Join our flower and therapy workshops, where you can explore the calming and creative process of working with flowers. These sessions are designed to provide a relaxing environment, blending floral arrangement skills with therapeutic benefits.

1. Workshop Registration
Participants must register for workshops via our website or other official booking channels.
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellation, Reschedule & Refund Policy
By Participants:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund or a one-time reschedule to another workshop, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable. Transfers to another session may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
By Journey in Blooms:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. low registration, instructor unavailability). In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Workshop Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow the instructions provided by the workshop facilitator.
Journey in Blooms reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the session or poses a safety risk to others.
4. Use of Materials and Tools
All materials and tools provided during the workshop remain the property of Journey in Blooms and are to be used only for the purpose of the session.
Participants are responsible for handling all materials and tools with care.
5. Liability
Journey in Blooms is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the workshop.
Participants acknowledge that they are engaging in activities that involve the use of sharp tools and other materials that may pose minor risks.
6. Photography and Media Release
Journey in Blooms may take photos or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for marketing and social media.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the facilitator prior to the start of the session.
7. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for informing Journey in Blooms of any allergies or health conditions that may affect their participation.
We maintain a safe and clean environment but cannot guarantee allergen-free materials.
8. Changes to Terms
Journey in Blooms reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website.

1. Delivery Time Slots & Charges
Our flowers are delivered daily with various delivery options available. You can select your preferred delivery date and time slot during checkout. Orders must be placed by 3 PM for next-day delivery.Standard Delivery (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 7 PM)
Delivery surcharge: SGD 15 per location, except for deliveries after 7 PM.(a) 8 AM – 7 PM
(b) After 7 PM – 10 PM* - Additional delivery surcharge: SGD 25
Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays
Delivery surcharge: SGD 15 per location(a) 11 AM - 5 PM
To maintain the quality and freshness of your floral purchases, we arrange deliveries on the day of your order. We appreciate your understanding.
Delivery Restrictions: We are unable to deliver to restricted areas such as Airport Zones, Changi Cargo and Sea Ports, Jurong Island, military bases, prisons, shipyards, and Pulau Ubin. International delivery is not available at this time.

2. Re-delivery Charges
We engage trusted third-party delivery services to ensure timely and reliable deliveries. Please ensure that recipient details, such as name and address, are correct when placing your order. Journey in Blooms is not responsible for incorrect delivery details entered during checkout.A re-delivery fee of SGD 25 will be charged if a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, uncontactable recipient, or last-minute changes to the delivery address (changes must be made by 3 PM for next-day delivery).
3. Change or Update of Delivery Details
If you need to change or update delivery details, please contact us directly by 3 PM before the scheduled delivery date at hello@journeyinblooms.com or +65 8690 9908. If delivery fails due to incorrect or updated information not communicated in time, a re-delivery fee of SGD 25 will apply. Once delivered, we do not offer pick-up and redelivery to a new address. You will receive an email confirmation once the delivery is completed.4. Delivery Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a secure area (e.g., reception, doorstep, or discreet location on the property) in accordance with security restrictions. Our couriers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes if the recipient is uncontactable.If delivery fails, we will notify the buyer via email or phone, who can then choose to pay an additional SGD 25 for re-delivery or opt for self-collection.
5. Delivery to Offices, Hotels, and Hospitals
We deliver to office buildings, hotels, and hospitals with the following procedures:Office Buildings: Deliveries will be left on Level 1.
Hotels or Service Apartments: Items will be left at the concierge or reception.
Hospitals: Due to COVID-19 measures, items will be placed at the hospital concierge.
Our delivery personnel will contact the recipient to receive the items. Journey in Blooms is not liable for flowers once delivered and acknowledged by the recipient or an authorized person on their behalf. We are not obligated to send photos of finished bouquets, especially during peak periods, but we strive to fulfill such requests when possible.
6. Self-collection
Self-collection is available at our studio during the following hours:Monday to Friday: 12 PM to 7 PM
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 11 AM to 2 PM
No delivery charges apply for self-collection. We will reach out to confirm the exact collection time.

Due to the perishable nature of our product and made-to-order works, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Cancellations of orders are not accepted. All orders placed are final upon acceptance of order. For any changes of order, customer is required to contact us directly at hello@journeyinblooms.com or +65 8690 9908 with 3 days (i.e 72 hours) notice prior to the delivery date.

Journey in blooms may have to replace some of the flowers used in the bouquets if it's unavailable due to shipment delays. For any replacement of flowers/ fillers/ foliage, the value of the bouquet will be matched, and we will try our best to craft at a similar colour theme as much as possible. For any major changes that will affect the overall look of the original bouquet, our team will drop you a call. We seek your kind understanding and patience.
