
Flower Preservation Service Terms.
By opting for our flower preservation service, customers agree to have their flowers preserved using our drying process, ensuring long-lasting beauty and color retention. Journey in Blooms offers various display options for the preserved flowers, which customers can choose from.
Submission of Flowers
Customers are responsible for delivering fresh flowers to Journey in Blooms in good condition. Our team will reach out to you to send an image of your flowers before we collect, or you send your flowers via our designated courier service. We recommend submitting flowers as soon as possible after receiving them to ensure the best results.
Flowers that are wilted, damaged, or past their prime may not achieve the best preservation results. Journey in Blooms cannot be held responsible for the quality of preservation if the flowers are not in good condition at the time of submission.
Preservation Process
The preserving process takes approximately up to 4 weeks, depending on the size and type of flowers. Larger size of flowers will take a longer process. You may check with us on the duration before sending your flowers to us.
Some natural variation in color and shape may occur due to the nature of the preservation process.
We will handle all flowers with the utmost care, but customers should be aware that some flowers may be more fragile and delicate during the preservation process.
Display Options
When selecting our flower preservation service, customers can choose from various display options available on our product listing.
Any additional customization requests will be subject to extra charges, which will be agreed upon before proceeding.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit of the total services and/or display options is required upon submission of the flowers. The remaining balance is due upon collection of the preserved flowers and display items.
Customization or additional services may require full payment upfront, depending on the nature of the request.
All payments are non-refundable once the preservation process has started.
Collection and Storage
Customers will be notified when their preserved flowers and displays are ready for collection. Customers can opt for delivery (additional charges may include)
Completed orders must be collected within 14 days of notification. After this period, Journey in Blooms reserves the right to charge storage fees (SGD 5/day)
If the order is not collected within 60 days, we reserve the right to dispose, donate or resell the flowers and display items without further notice.
Liability
Journey in Blooms will take every care to ensure that the preservation process is successful. However, due to the natural variations in flower types, sizes, and colors, we cannot guarantee exact results.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the flowers after they have been collected by the customer.
In the unlikely event that flowers are lost or damaged during the preservation process, our liability will be limited to a full refund of the deposit. We are not responsible for purchasing or replacing the original fresh flowers.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations can only be made before the flowers are sent to us. Once the preserving process has begun, no refunds will be issued.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for any special instructions regarding the handling of their flowers, including specifying which flowers in a bouquet or arrangement they wish to preserve.
Customers are responsible for removing any additional materials (e.g., LED lights, message cards, plush toys, etc.) from the bouquet or arrangement before sending the flowers to us. We are not liable for any damage to the flowers once they have been collected by the customer.
Journey in Blooms is not responsible for any damages caused by improper care of the preserved flowers after collection. Instructions on how to care for the preserved flowers will be provided.
Amendments
Journey in Blooms reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be made available on our website or by request.
